• educators are given the tools to align learning with every child’s natural way of being and supported in creating an environment where everyone thrives

• every child understands who they are naturally and that they are worthy, lovable, valued, and matter to this world

• children feel empowered to be who they are and to learn “how they learn” in their own natural way

• all parties are taught about energy management, tools for self-care, and all individuals are recognized and honored for their uniqueness

• children are no longer labeled as special education, gifted, advanced, honors etc. because everyone is seen as special and gifted in their own way

• educators and children are not graded on how well they fit into the mold but are recognized for their individuality

• well-being and living out one's fullest potential are the markers of success and not standards, grades, or test results

• everyone works from a place of joy and fulfillment and no one falls through the cracks feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or burned out
